Shipping Policy

1 - Shipping is capped at a flat-rate of $13 AUD per order within Australia. All orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Tracked Parcel.

Orders over $250 qualify for free standard tracked postage Australia-wide as per our free shipping offer.

International shipping is not currently available.

2 - We aim to process all in-stock products within 2-3 business days. Handling times may vary dependant on high-traffic releases and holidays.

Products with a future in-stock date / pre-order status aim to ship within 2-3 business days of stock arriving.

3 - Once your order ships, an email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout with a tracking information.

 

Returns Policy

1- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if your order is not as described on our website. Returns must be in original packaging in as-received condition to qualify.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

2 - Funds will be debited to the original payment method used to purchase within 14 days of receipt of return.

3 - If you need to return an item, please make contact via the Contact Us page with your order number, describing the item/s you wish to return, and we will reply as soon as possible with instructions.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

If any order placed by the customer and accepted by Heritage Numismatics is canceled, the customer must pay 10% of the cancelled order value to cover handling and processing costs and commitments incurred by Heritage Numismatics from time of order placement until the date of written notice of cancellation.
